The admissions process at St. Catherine's opens in the fall of a student's eighth grade year. Early decisions go out in late February. We welcome students of all faiths and backgrounds.

The Process

Five steps to becoming an Angel.

Inquire

Complete the online Inquiry Form. Watch your email for an invitation to apply.

II.

Apply

Submit your online enrollment application along with previous and current-year report cards.

III.

Evaluate

Your student's current Math or English teacher completes a Teacher Evaluation Form.

IV.

Visit

Join us for a Shadow Day. Follow a current Angel through their class schedule — lunch is on us.

V.

Enroll

Attend Registration Night (9th grade) or schedule a counselor meeting (10–12) to select courses.

Financial Aid

Fall period (new families): October 1 – December 14. Award notifications mid-January.

Spring period (all families): February 1 – April 15. Award notifications mid-May.

Racine Parental Choice

Full tuition coverage for eligible K4–12 families through the Wisconsin DPI. First open enrollment: February 2–20. Additional windows March through September.

Named Scholarships

Nineteen named scholarships for incoming freshmen, plus eighteen for returning students — starting at $500. Deadline: January 17.

Transfer Students

Welcoming transfers at every grade.

St. Catherine's welcomes transfer students at all grade levels, and we uphold a strict transfer policy rooted in academic integrity and school culture. Applicants meeting minimum requirements may be invited for an interview with academic administration for final consideration.

All applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA from their current school, along with a good attendance and disciplinary record. Students with expulsions may not be admitted. Transfer athletes should be aware of WIAA rules for athletic eligibility.

St. Catherine's High School reserves the right to rescind acceptance if the prior year is not successfully completed or if there are indications of inappropriate behavior.
